Workplace risk scan

To promote the health, safety and well-being of employees, Informens B.V. uses its developed Workplace Risk Scan and related action plan.

For each job group, we identify work-related health risks. We assess the risk level and formulate measures to control or eliminate the risks. This results in a risk profile per function group. With these profiles, the organization has a tool to guide policy and projects to influence employee safety and health.

The action plan can be seen as an in-depth Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) physical load, with extra attention to the mental and physical demands of the work, tools and recovery.
