Login

My login details are not working.
Please use the username received (not your e-mail address!) and the password sent to you when logging in.

I cannot log in.
When logging in, please use the username you received (not your e-mail address!) and the password you created when you logged in for the first time.

I cannot find my login details.
Check your mailbox to see if you have received a welcome e-mail. If you can't find it, click on forgotten password and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive a new link in the mail.

I have forgotten my password.
Click on forgotten password and enter your username or e-mail address. You will receive a new link in the mail.

I cannot change my password.
Your password does not meet the requirements (at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and 8 characters, 6 of which must be different).

I cannot enter my details via the link.
Copy the link and paste it into the browser.

My account is blocked.
Ask Informens to activate your account.


Schedule/reschedule an appointment

I did not receive an appointment confirmation.
Check your SPAM or the Junk folder.

Can I reschedule my appointment myself?
You can change the appointment under the appointments tile.


Viewing results

I cannot find my results.
You can view your results under the tile questionnaire results and biometrics results.

I cannot download my results.
You can download your results under the tile downloads. Here you can find the downloads of the biometrics components and a total report.
